A Pahoa woman was arrested Monday on Mauna Kea — the second time in two days — after allegedly causing a disturbance.

Police say Cynthia Marlin, 47, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a report of a woman yelling and being disruptive to protesters on the Mauna Kea Access Road. Police said the woman was reported to have briefly removed her clothing.

Marlin also was arrested early Sunday morning by a sheriff’s deputy after allegedly hitting an Office of Mauna Kea Management ranger’s vehicle with her car after not being allowed to drive past a roadblock.

She was released from custody Sunday after posting $500 pail. Her bail has been set at $1,000 following the Monday arrest.
